Life Sciences United Participation & Content Release Agreement
Purpose
By submitting the registration form, your organization confirms participation in Xtalks Life Sciences United (XLSU)— a global alliance designed to support and showcase the missions of associations, societies, research networks, universities and other member-based organizations in the life sciences.
This participation is provided free of charge and includes editorial and promotional visibility across the Xtalks platform and community.
What You Provide
To participate, you agree to share the following materials:
• A high-resolution or vector version of your organization’s logo
• A short description of your organization and mission (unedited)
• A link to your website
• (Optional) Downloadable resources such as brochures or PDFs
• (Optional) Participation in written or video interviews, at your discretion
• (Optional) Involvement in virtual connection events hosted by XLSU
How We May Use Your Materials
By submitting this content, you grant Honeycomb Worldwide Inc. (operating as Xtalks and XLSU) the non-exclusive, royalty-free, global right to:
• Display your logo, description, and website link on Xtalks.com and/or all related XLSU subdomains indefinitely, unless you request removal
• Feature your organization across newsletters, social media, editorial content, and digital publications in the context of XLSU initiatives
• Curate your participation in editorial and promotional formats, such as interviews, highlight articles or event invitations
• Include your organization in member networking events (optional and mutually agreed upon)
• Remove or update your content at our discretion (e.g., due to outdated or incorrect information)
Your Commitments
• You confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of your organization
• You confirm that you own or have rights to the materials submitted
• You agree to display the XLSU badge or create any other linkable asset (such as a content post) on your website and link it to a XLSU page
• You agree to make a social media post acknowledging your participation, where applicable
• You may withdraw participation at any time with written notice, and Xtalks will remove your materials within 10 business days
Other Notes
• Participation is complimentary and not tied to any commercial transaction
• Xtalks does not provide performance metrics or analytics for individual featured organizations
• We may update or evolve the XLSU initiative and will notify participants of any material changes
