Symbria Rx Services New England is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to add to our growing team at our Pharmacy located in Auburn, Massachusetts!

Responsibilities
- Possess knowledgeable understanding of current medication information, health care concepts and all regulations relative to the practices of institutional pharmacy.
- Interpret and assess new and refill order requests accurately to ensure appropriate therapy and maintain patient safety.
- Clarify inappropriate physician orders when necessary.
- Prepare and complete all appropriate documentation required on orders, prescriptions, controlled substance records, general workflow, etc.
- Provide physicians, nursing staff, and public with drug information such as drug selection, dosage, proper administration, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from NABP accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Institutional pharmacy experience required.
- Valid state registered pharmacist license.
