Position Overview

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert Full Stack Developer to lead the design and development of advanced enterprise applications supporting mission-critical operations. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership within Agile teams, and the ability to drive innovation across AI and machine learning-enabled systems.

You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and delivering high-performance applications in a secure, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of full stack applications and services

Architect and implement AI and machine learning integrated solutions

Guide Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Develop and optimize microservices architectures

Oversee application performance, scalability, and security enhancements

Build prototypes and evaluate emerging technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership on requirements and strategy

Produce and maintain technical documentation and system workflows

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8 to 10 or more years developing web applications using Angular, React, or JavaScript
• 6 to 8 or more years working in Linux environment
• 4 to 6 or more years experience in cloud environments such as AWS, C2S, or Azure
• Strong experience with microservices and containerization technologies
• Experience with search and analytics platforms such as Elasticsearch or Solr
• Experience with ETL processes and large datasets
• Strong background in object-oriented programming with Python preferred
• Proven ability to lead development efforts and work across teams
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Git

Desired Skills

• Expertise in text analytics and natural language processing
• Experience evaluating and implementing machine learning algorithms
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with NLP tools such as spaCy, NLTK, CoreNLP, or Gensim
