This is a hybrid role at Stafford, TX or Auburn, MA - expectation is 3 days/week in the office (8 hour day)

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with deep HR Operations expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong HRIS proficiency and comfort with core office tools
- Expertise in employee relations, LOA/accommodation frameworks, and multi-state U.S. employment law
- Proven ability to design, scale, and operationalize HR processes
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in regulated industries, healthcare or medical devices strongly preferred
- Background in shared-services or tiered HR support models
- Experience managing third-party LOA/compliance vendors
- Experience supporting multinational teams (Canadian experience a plus)
