The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.

In this role, you will build relationships (internally and externally), identify client needs, design strategic and innovative solutions, and deliver client contracts on time and on budget. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior client experience while developing the skills and supervising the work of consulting staff team members. You will:
- Coach and mentor junior team members to extend their skills and responsibilities as appropriate, conduct performance reviews & support overall recruitment/retention efforts
- Develop business strategy through conducting primary and secondary research relating to product portfolio and planning including forecasting revenue, market sizing and regression
- Work directly with clients and managing directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain timeline
- Elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work, product enhancements or additional service offerings
- Lead team members in complex analysis and problem-solving including problem structuring, analytical techniques, synthesis, and client implications
Essential Requirements:
- MBA degree
- 5+ years of experience in life science consulting, with increasing levels of responsibility/exposure to senior leadership
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a consulting firm
Desired Requirements:
- Experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands
