What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on professional who is ready to ensure quality, support production, and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (technical certificate is a plus), at least 1+ year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment, and basic computer skills, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are essential. The ability to read measurements and blueprints is preferred. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 regulations is a plus.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer and regulatory standards
  • Tag and isolate non-conforming materials and communicate findings with the team
  • Maintain accurate records, write non-conformance reports, and support ongoing process improvements
  • Take precise measurements, analyze data, and assist with process validations
  • Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize operations
  • Support special projects such as work instructions, Material Review Boards (MRB), QA final release, and engineering changes
