Responsibilities
- Project Support & Tracking: Assist in organizing project activities, maintaining schedules, and helping monitor tasks to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Team & Stakeholder Communication: Help prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items with internal teams and external partners.
- Documentation & Coordination: Compile and maintain reports, logs, and trackers for progress updates, timelines, and budgeting.
- Budget & Contract Administration: Learn to review basic scopes, support tracking invoices, and assist in logging change orders.
- Procurement & Logistics Assistance: Support ordering and coordination with vendors, learning how goods and services align with project phases.
- Learning & Collaboration: Participate in team discussions, shadow mentors, and take initiative in growing your knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience
- Internship, class project, or part-time role in a project support or business setting is helpful
- Interest in real estate development, design, construction, or operations strongly preferred
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
