Essential Functions
- Perform daily pharmacy activities including but not limited to processing drug shipments, completing pharmacy product accountability records, ClinQuick entry, drug packaging, pharmacy compounding, final report writing, participation in client monitoring and close out visits while adhering to protocol requirements and appropriate SOP's and PG's.
- Receive, inventory, and store investigational and auxiliary products
- Prepare labels, supplies, and product packaging and compounding set ups
- Maintain and track inventory and order supplies
- Complete radiation safety wipe tests/reports, as applicable (Lincoln Only)
- Assist with dosings, as applicable
- Participate in Pharmacy Staff On Call Rotation
- Pharmacy eISF maintenance
- Maintain pharmacy order and cleanliness
- Equipment maintenance assistance
Knowledge/Skills/Education/Licenses
- High school diploma or GED Post High School education preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical or medically related work environment.
- Successful completion of bi-annual media fill and fingertip testing (as applicable per site)
- Medical terminology preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to travel to other sites if necessary
- Knowledge of FDA/controlled substance laws preferred
- General computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
