What You'll Do
- Align workforce supply with demand across the country
- Lead forecast reviews and turn insights into action
- Identify capacity risks early-and solve them fast
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Build and optimize workforce planning systems, tools, and processes
- Manage 3rd-party resource strategy to scale efficiently
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years in workforce planning, operations, or program management
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
- Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to challenge the status quo
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, Workforce Planning, Analytics)
