OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Injector Cleanroom Associate (MICA) I, reporting to the Manager LAL Packaging and Injector Manufacturing, will focus on processing RxSight's injectors and cartridges, ensuring high quality and efficient operations. After training on the manufacturing procedures, the employee will be capable of executing each process step meeting time and quality standards. This position will be instrumental in our finished good product and attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions is a critical facet of this operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing Process:
The Manufacturing Injector Cleanroom Associate (MICA) I, will interact with the other functions including but not limited to Engineering, Quality, Warehouse and Planning. It is expected that the MICA I will have the depth and breadth of experience to contribute to the overall processing of injectors and cartridges. The MICA I must complete the work with the highest Quality standards possible within the allowed time given to maintain the highest efficiencies.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Baseline skills with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), online spreadsheets (Smartsheet) and ERP system software (QAD) preferred.

- The MICA I will be expected to execute the following activities based on training and skillset:
- Cleanroom Activities:
- Component Assembly
- Component Sealing
- Packaging Assembly
- The MICA I may also train and be asked to execute activities beyond the activities, while working toward the opportunity for a position with increased responsibility.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- One year related experience and/or training; experience in medical cleanroom manufacturing, highly desirable.
- Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the Quality System.
- The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 15 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis.
