The FPA - Shipping/Warehouse role supports logistics operations by managing the receipt, storage, dispensing, and shipment of API and consumable materials. The position involves working with systems such as SAP, Syncade, and shipping platforms to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely domestic and international shipments, while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards.

The FPA - Shipping/Warehouse role supports logistics operations by managing the receipt, storage, dispensing, and shipment of API and consumable materials. The position involves working with systems such as SAP, Syncade, and shipping platforms to ensure accurate inventory handling and timely domestic and international shipments, while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform material receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocation using SAP, Syncade, and shipping systems
- Support manufacturing by handling and shipping products both domestically and internationally
- Execute SAP transactions (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, Transfer Orders, Material Movements)
- Perform Syncade transactions (receipt, movement, inventory adjustments, scrapping)
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation in compliance with cGMP and GDP standards
- Complete Circular Chart tasks (installation, review, and daily monitoring)
- Maintain and review logbooks as required
- Safely operate material handling equipment (Class 1, 2, 3, and 4) as applicable
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Use systems such as DMS and Trackwise for documentation and quality tracking
- Demonstrate organization and time management within assigned logistics area (Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, or Dispensing/FPA)
- Perform additional duties to support the department as needed
Experience & Education
- ssociate's or Bachelor's degree (AS/BS) or equivalent experience
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations preferred
- Familiarity with SAP, Syncade, or similar inventory/ERP systems is a plus
- Understanding of cGMP requirements in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience with material handling equipment and inventory control processes is beneficial
