Overview

CHE Behavioral provides high-quality behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Our team of licensed professionals is committed to improving the quality of life for our older adult patients by providing compassionate and effective clinical services. As an LPC with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Participate in patient care conferences and treatment team meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on mental health issues and treatment options
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and developments in the field of mental health

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field
  • Current LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey
  • Part-time ( Flexible scheduling available)
  • Experience working with older adults and their families preferred
