Your Role:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for driving system functionality, master data integrity, business process optimization, and cross-functional alignment throughout the ERP ecosystem. This role blends hands-on system expertise with responsibilities to ensure accurate planning, reliable reporting, and effective user adoption. The Implementation manager will serve as a central liaison across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations, ensuring that D365 configuration, workflows, and data structures fully support operational requirements and long-term scalability.

This role is a full-time onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also, if instructed, have the ability to work overtime when necessary.
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Your Role:

The Implementation manager will serve as a central liaison across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations, ensuring that D365 configuration, workflows, and data structures fully support operational requirements and long-term scalability.
Job Duties:
- Support a team of analysts responsible for ERP data stewardship, QMS documentation, and operational reporting.
- Serve as the primary Dynamics D365 super-user, ensuring accurate BOM configuration, item master integrity, and optimized system setup.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient material flow, timely release, and system alignment.
- Design, track, and interpret Supply Chain KPIs to support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational maturity.
- Oversee development, maintenance, and delivery of ERP training materials, onboarding processes, and user adoption resources.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP issues involving material masters, formulas/recipes, production routes, and process orders.
- Support cycle count and physical inventory programs, including variance analysis, root-cause investigation, and classification corrections.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and system enhancements to strengthen data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all ERP-driven supply chain processes comply with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Assist end-users in developing and enhancing reports to support data-driven decisions and operational planning.
- Contribute to the execution of new ERP initiatives, including system upgrades, functional enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with system users, vendors, and management to determine appropriate system settings, workflows, and functional design.
- Analyze inventory data to evaluate stocking levels, inventory turns, and reorder points, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory expectations related to supply chain and ERP data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain or operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong proficiency with ERP platforms, ideally Dynamics D365 or Oracle.
- Solid understanding of MRP principles, bill of materials structure, and production scheduling best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.

- Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.
