Responsibilities

    Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service from open to close.

    Lead, coach, and support front-of-house team members to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

    Manage floor coverage, service flow, and staffing adjustments during busy meal periods, events, and game days.

    Train new and existing team members on service standards, menu knowledge, policies, and guest interaction.

    Monitor food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards.

    Address guest concerns and resolve issues quickly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first mindset.

Qualifications

    2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service environment.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and set a positive tone.

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.

    Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two shifts are the same.
