Alphanumeric is hiring an EXPRESSION SCIENTIST to work in Uppder Providence, Collegeville, PA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $32 - $37.

We are looking for an expression scientist with experience in recombinant protein expression from mammalian and insect cell systems.

• Experience with E. coli protein expression and protein purification would be a bonus.
• Competency in sterile cell culture technique is a must and prior industry experience is highly desired.
• A successful candidate would join the Protein Sciences team based at GSK's Upper Providence location.
• This team operates within the larger Protein and Cellular Sciences group in early discovery and is responsible for recombinant protein reagent delivery to support small and large molecular discovery campaigns and associated structural studies.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in biochemistry or equivalent with some industry experience.
