The Service Technician's duties and responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

• Will be driving a company vehicle, therefore must be able to pass an MVR for this job.
• Must possess organization and the importance of prioritizing your daily operations tasks to ensure no task is overlooked or falls between the cracks.
• Must possess both good verbal and written communication skills, as well as soft and hard people skills.
• Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel spreadsheets, receiving, sending, and replying to emails.
• Being gifted at problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking for the best business resolutions. (Deal Breaker)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with poultry (preferably Turkeys. (Deal Breaker)
• A college degree in a related field (i.e., Business, Agricultural, Teaching).
• Flexibility to work extended workdays and hours (when necessary).
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. (Deal Breaker)
