- The Director of Network and Payer Alignment is the Managed Care and Payor Relations (MCPR) leader responsible for system-wide coordination of Penn Medicine provider networks in our value-based or Clinically Integrated Networks (CIN) or unique payer network arrangements. This includes responsibility for the maintenance and integrity of these networks and the MCPR strategic leadership associated with the system-wide deployment of Epic Payer Platform, Epic Community Connect and other integration tools designed to optimize performance of these networks.
The role includes the supervision and management of Value and Physician contracting staff at Lancaster General working closely with the Regional Managed Care Director. The role also includes oversight of the day-to-day financial operations of the CIN associated with Lancaster General Health.

Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- And 10+ years of demonstrated Managed Care managerial experience with 4+ years' experience in Provider Value Based Healthcare Contracting required.
- Master of Arts or Science
- Or 8 +years of demonstrated Managed Care Contracting managerial experience with 5+ years' experience in provider, network, and payer Value Based Healthcare Contracting preferred.
