Job Description
- Position Summary
- The position manages the main reception area. Primary tasks include but are not limited to answering the phone, routing the calls properly, taking clear messages, screening and greeting visitors. Provides excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Receives and distributes mail and deliveries accordingly. Assists with accounts payable functions and assists vendors as needed. Works closely with all of the department programs to provide assistance when needed.

- High School Diploma of Healthcare - Preferred
- Experience
- 1 -2 years of Customer Service/Reception - Preferred
- License & Certification
- None Required

- Manages the main reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
- Manages all incoming calls accordingly to include routing them properly and taking messages.
- Screens and greets all visitors and provides excellent customer service to include vendors.
- Manages all incoming mail and deliveries and distributes them accordingly
- Assists with additional administrative tasks to include accounts payable functions and assisting other department programs as needed
