Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessment and developing diagnosis and treatment plan
- Provide therapeutic intervention to patients with mental health needs, including individual, group psychotherapy, community work, crisis intervention, other treatment modalities, and case management
- Respond to referrals and consultation requests from primary care providers
- Supervise clinical social workers and senior clinical social workers
- Maintain treatment records, in accordance with Health Center's guidelines
- Organize and lead quality assurance activities and weekly quality assurance case conference
- Take leadership on assigned projects
- Ability to work on weekends and during late hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school
- Three years of post-master clinical experiences in mental health setting
- New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License required
- Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) required
- Capacity for working in weekends preferred
- Salary: $85,000.00 - 90,000.00 per year
