Job Description

  • Perform various microbiology techniques such as aseptic technique, gowning qualification, endotoxin testing, bioburden testing, sterility testing, and other assay testing.
  • Apply GMP guidelines in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
  • Follow SOPs and other guidance from management to complete testing for clients
  • Enter data into computer system
  • Maintain/calibrate equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or other related degree concentration
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
  • Ability to commute to Lancaster, PA each day.

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand written procedures
  • Strong scientific reasoning skills
  • Previous experience in microbiology from college or internships

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
