We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Customer Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced equipment. What You'll Do
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime and performance
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers and end users
- Document service activities, findings, and recommendations accurately
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability
- Degree or technical certification in Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to travel and work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with industrial, medical, or automation equipment
- Knowledge of PLCs, networking, or control systems
